Global Dance Academy processes personal data under UK GDPR to run classes, keep dancers safe and keep families informed.

What we hold

Contact details, dancer details, attendance, progress, medical and SEN information you choose to share, emergency contacts and payment records.

Who can see it

Parents see only their own dancers. Teachers see the dancers in their classes. Medical information is limited to staff who need it, and every view is logged.

Photos

Photos of dancers are only shared in galleries when photo consent is given. You can change this at any time in your profile.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it from the Profile page in the app.
